Sobre el rol:
- Sirva a nuestros huspedes con energa y excelencia tanto en el mostrador como en el comedor como parte de nuestro equipo de Grand Opening el 4 de diciembre de 2025!
Responsabilidades clave:
- Salude a los invitados y tome pedidos.
- Mantenga el frente de la casa limpio y acogedor.
- Asegrese de que todos los invitados se vayan felices.
Otras responsabilidades:
- Salude y sirva a los huspedes con entusiasmo, cortesa y hospitalidad genuina.
- Tome pedidos, explique y sugiera elementos del men y maneje los cambios de manera rpida y precisa.
- Ayudar con la preparacin de bebidas y postres.
- Asegrese de que todos los productos cumplan con los estndares de marca, cultura y excelencia de Chick-fil-A.
- Mantenga la limpieza en el mostrador, las reas de almacenamiento, los baos y los espacios de comedor.
- Siga todos los procedimientos de seguridad, saneamiento e higiene.
- Ayuda con la apertura y el cierre de tareas segn lo asignado.
- Comunquese claramente con los invitados, los miembros del equipo y los lderes.
- Mantenga una asistencia y puntualidad constantes.
Experiencia preferida:
- Actitud amable y centrada en el husped.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicacin.
- Capacidad para levantar 50 libras.
Calificaciones:
- Debe tener al menos 18 aos
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin e interpersonales
- Personalidad amable y extrovertida
- Fiable, puntual y orientado a los detalles
- Capaz de trabajar en un entorno acelerado y orientado a los huspedes
Requisitos fsicos:
- Capacidad para estar de pie durante largos perodos (4+ horas consecutivas)
- Elevacin ligera (hasta 25 lbs.) para tareas de reposicin y limpieza
- Capacidad para moverse de manera rpida y eficiente
