About the Role:
Multi Logistics Inc is looking for a skilled and dependable Amazon CDL Rail Driver to join our growing team in South Gate, CA! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced logistics operation supporting one of the world's largest e-commerce networks. $28/hr if training needed (two weeks only)   Sun - Thurs, and Tues - Sat shift available for immediate start. 
$30/hr day shift
$32/hr night shift

Responsibilities:

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) to transport Amazon freight between rail yards, distribution centers, and delivery hubs
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
• Safely maneuver and dock at rail facilities, warehouses, and Amazon fulfillment centers
• Maintain accurate driver logs and electronic logging device (ELD) records
• Coordinate with rail yard and dispatch teams to ensure timely pickup and drop-off of loads
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic and transportation laws
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delays, route changes, or incidents

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL license required
• Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) with no major violations
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable CDL driving experience preferred
• Familiarity with rail yard operations and intermodal freight a plus
• Must be DOT compliant and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Experience with ELD systems and Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
• Must be located in or able to commute to South Gate, CA
