Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dental Laboratory Technician role based in Minot, ND. The Dental Laboratory Technician will fabricate, modify, and repair dental prosthetics such as dentures and other restorative devices according to dentist prescriptions and specifications. Daily responsibilities include setting up and operating laboratory equipment, preparing materials, following detailed work orders, and ensuring accurate fit and function of all dental appliances. The role involves working with models, impressions, and digital or manual workflows to create high-quality products, as well as maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization in the lab. The technician will collaborate with dental professionals and other lab staff to meet deadlines, uphold quality standards, and continuously improve processes and techniques. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills and experience working as Laboratory Technicians in a dental or medical setting. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Dental Technology, including the fabrication, finishing, and adjustment of dental prosthetics. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Dentistry to interpret prescriptions, work orders, and clinical requirements. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Dentures, including constructing, repairing, relining, and polishing denture appliances. Relevant technical training or certification in dental laboratory technology is preferred; on-the-job experience in a dental lab is highly valued. Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow precise instructions and quality standards are essential. Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple cases, and meet production timelines while maintaining accuracy.
