We represent injured people and their families in personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, and general civil cases throughout Missouri. We’re a small team. Every person here has a direct effect on our clients’ outcomes, and we want someone who takes that seriously. The Position We’re hiring a paralegal to support our attorneys from intake through settlement or trial. We’ll consider part-time or full-time candidates, and we can be flexible on scheduling for the right person. What You’ll Do Gather, request, and organize medical records, bills, and lien information Build medical chronologies and summarize treatment Draft demand packages, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and routine correspondence Keep track of deadlines, court dates, depositions, and mediations Communicate with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel’s staff E-file documents through Missouri Case.net and federal CM/ECF Keep case files and our CRM accurate and up to date Help with trial and mediation preparation, including exhibits and witness logistics What We’re Looking For Paralegal certificate or degree, or equivalent law firm experience Personal injury experience preferred, but we’ll train a strong candidate Excellent writing and organization Comfort with Google Workspace, case management software, and learning new tools (we use Lawmatics CRM) Discretion with confidential information Warmth and patience with clients who are often going through the hardest stretch of their lives What We Offer Pay: Competitive for the Mid-Missouri market and based on experience and qualifications. Certified paralegals and candidates with personal injury experience will be paid accordingly.
