Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join our team and represent clients in pre-litigation cases involving personal injury claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a passion for advocating for clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. This role is focused on negotiating settlements and preparing cases for potential litigation while ensuring clients receive the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze personal injury cases to determine the appropriate course of action.
• Negotiate pre-suit settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing parties.
• Draft and prepare pre-suit demand letters and other legal documents.
• Research relevant laws and regulations to support case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to update them on case progress and gather necessary information.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to build strong cases for clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation cases.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with insurance companies.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of soft tissue injury claims and motor vehicle accident cases is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
