We are seeking a GC Project Manager to run public-sector and municipal construction projects — ground-up new construction and major renovations — from buyout through closeout. A successful candidate has proficiency in managing budget, schedule, subcontractors, and contract requirements while keeping the owner, architect, and field team aligned.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

– Manage projects from award through final closeout – Own the budget, cost tracking, forecasting, and billing – Build and drive the project schedule – Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders – Write and administer subcontracts and purchase orders – Buy out and coordinate subcontractor scope; resolve field gaps – Run owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings – Enforce public procurement, prevailing wage/certified payroll, and closeout requirements – Coordinate and manage effective communication between subcontractors, field staff and ownership entities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

– Project management experience with a general contractor – Experience running public or municipal work – Strong command of plans, specs, budgets, schedules, and change orders – Ability to engage subcontractors and maintain long-term relationships – Organized, deadline-driven, and highly detail-oriented.

PREFERRED

– New construction and major renovation experience – Knowledge of public procurement, prevailing wage, and closeout procedures – Proficiency in Procore, Building Connected, and MS Excel. xhyhwjd
