Are you a data wiz with high-level Excel skills looking for an immediate contract role? We are seeking a detail-driven Temporary Compensation Analyst to jump right in and help our HR Operations team handle end-of-year volume and strategic initiatives. If you bring strong data integrity and analytical chops—whether from compensation, payroll analytics, HR, procurement, or business analysis—we want to hear from you! Pay Rate: $30 - $36 per hour (Depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Contract Location: Plantation, FL (FULLY ONSITE) salary: $30 - $36 per hour shift: First work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Evaluate daily offer packages, job descriptions, and level matches across a broad workforce to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Assist in running data projections and scenario modeling for 2027 merit planning. Perform thorough market analyses to evaluate current job grades against external industry standards. Document internal practices, compensation frameworks, and workflows to establish consistent standard operating procedures. Utilize data integrity best practices to handle sensitive employee compensation details, reviewing job classifications against FLSA guidelines.
