What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care to surgical patients
• Assist in preparations for various surgeries, including neuro, ortho, bariatric, and more
• Monitor patient vital signs and maintain sterile patient environment during procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure all patient needs are met
• Document intraoperative care accurately and thoroughly
• Assist with patient positioning and pre/post-operative care
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or appropriate state
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• 1+ years of OR experience; 2+ years preferred
• Experience with Neuro, Ortho, Bariatric, Vascular, Plastics, Urology, GYN, Robotics, and General Surgery
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
