Senior Program Manager Opportunity in Atlanta, GA Join our dynamic team as a Senior Program Manager based in the vibrant city of Atlanta, GA. In this pivotal role, you will lead the planning, structuring, and execution of high-priority strategic initiatives across our organization. Responsibilities: Define program scope, workstreams, and execution approach in collaboration with executive leadership. Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps and timelines. Lead and drive cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability. Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps in execution plans and develop mitigation strategies. Facilitate coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners. Support evaluation and coordination of operational processes and systems. Frame key decisions and recommendations for executive stakeholders. Establish and lead governance structures, including program reviews and executive update meetings. Monitor program performance and adjust execution plans as needed. Escalate risks, issues, or decisions to executive leadership as necessary. Requirements: 8 years of project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated experience operating in ambiguous or early-stage initiative environments. Experience leading large-scale operational initiatives with executive visibility. Proven success managing multiple initiatives or a program of work simultaneously. Experience working closely with executive leadership and external partners. PMI or PMP certification. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field. Preferences: Prior experience in healthcare operations, healthcare staffing, or related operational environments. Experience with commonly recognized project management methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, Lean, or similar frameworks. Master's Degree preferred.
