Registered Nurse - Emergency Room Delta, CO Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $1818 - $2191 | Shift: 3x12 Nights Are you an experienced ER nurse looking for your next adventure in healthcare? Join our healthcare partner in Delta, CO, and bring your expertise to a dynamic emergency room setting. As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and efficiency. Your role will involve:
- Triaging patients and determining priority of care based on various needs
- Managing time effectively to ensure smooth patient flow
- Performing focused assessments and carrying out patient care according to established guidelines
- Administering medications, taking blood samples, and maintaining proper supplies
- Providing care in accordance with hospital policies and the Nurse Practice Act
- Current R.N. license in the State of Colorado
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire
- TNCC required upon hire or within 1 year
- ENPC or PALS required within 6 months (ENPC preferred)
- Specialty certification for specialty areas preferred
