Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and analyze data to determine diagnoses, expected outcomes, and individualized plans of care
• Implement and evaluate patient-centered plans of care while employing strategies to promote health and a safe environment
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members in the conduct of nursing practice
• Integrate ethical provisions and current research findings into all areas of nursing practice
• Participate in stroke education requirements and comply with related hospital policies, procedures, and protocols
• Contribute to the professional development of peers and provide leadership within the practice setting

Required Qualifications

• Active Montana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Provider certification
• STABLE certification
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in NICU, Labor & Delivery, Emergency Department, or Intensive Care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong emotional intelligence with well-developed interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments accurately and with minimal oversight
