Caregiver

As a Caregiver at Executive Home Care of the Woodlands, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential personal care and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
  • Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Medication Reminders:
  • Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
  • Support clients in managing their medication routines.
• Meal Preparation and Nutrition:
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.
  • Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Companionship and Social Interaction:
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
• Health Monitoring:
  • Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
  • Document care provided and any notable observations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role is required.
• Memory care experience preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
