Alpine Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of part-time Dishwasher. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. Key responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, and properly stocking all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware. The role also involves maintaining the cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping, and mopping. The dishwasher will empty kitchen trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage. Daily cleaning tasks include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and the exhaust system. All dishes and other wares must be stored in proper areas, and safe work practices are to be incorporated in job performance. The dishwasher will also clean, wash, and sanitize all dishes and clean the kitchen after closing. Other duties as required.

Minimum qualifications include experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Other qualifications are regular and reliable attendance, possession of a Food Handlers Card, and being fully vaccinated against or willing to provide weekly negative Covid-19 test per county mandate.
