To expand awareness and engagement for behavioral health services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager - MA will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and strengthen referral partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI Create and execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to drive inquiries, referrals, and admissions Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in outreach efforts Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries, preferably with a focus on behavioral health or telehealth Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
