About the Role:

Join our team at New Generation Bakery as a Dishwasher. 6 week training in Mora Mn, then work in North Branch. In this vital role, you will help maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring our delicious baked goods are prepared in a spotless setting

Day Shift, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen areas throughout the shift.

Assist with food prep tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team.

Properly dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with health regulations.

Monitor and maintain dishwashing supplies, alerting management when low.

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe workplace.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed during busy shifts.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward teamwork.

Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.

Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in food handling.

Flexible schedule.

Excellent communication skills to interact with team members.

Must be at least 16 years old
