Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finishedExplains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all workConveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while drivingMaintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all timesMinimum RequirementsJunior Plumbers are considered training/apprentice level and may or may not operate their own truck depending on skill levelLead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truckLead & Junior Plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by their state of residenceEach franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
