A day in the life. As our Placement Client Coordinator on the Agribusiness team, you will: Assist Placement team with the following as needed: Data research and analysis Providing coverage/exposure analysis and offering recommendations Providing underwriting support and review including submissions, bind requests (subjectivities, and exposure verification) Premium & Loss documents in Excel Processing of notices of cancellation, non-renewals, and reinstatements Issuing endorsements in rate/quote/issue system Provide administrative support as directed by Ag Placement AVP. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: This individual must possess advanced knowledge of general business software such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Power Point. PDF Xchange/Adobe and Access database knowledge preferred. This individual will ideally possess a natural affinity towards learning and using a wide array of software products. Must possess a willingness to seek solutions to complex projects and issues, especially those that are software related. Must possess a customer service mindset, with the natural disposition to be helpful and aid others in the workplace wherever possible. Good communication skills are necessary to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers using tact and diplomacy. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to grow their knowledge within this position and advance into roles increasingly integral to the department. Reading, writing, mathematical skills that would normally be acquired through the acquisition of a high school diploma. Some college coursework is preferred. 4 years of relevant administrative/clerical experience, with heavy utilization of Excel preferred.
