Nursing Supervisor, Acute Care

As the nursing supervisor, you will be responsible for managing patient care, ensuring quality, and assisting in the supervision of other professionals and health care workers.

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License or Temporary Practice Permit required
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing or related health care field preferred
• Current acute care experience with a minimum of 2 years cardiology/ telemetry experience required
• Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within 6 months and completion of Arrhythmia Course and ACLS certification within 12 months of start date in position/department
• Desire to develop management skills and accept responsibility for departmental functioning with, and in the absence of, the Department Director
