Regional Sales Director - Group Insurance Growth
Reliance Standard Life Insurance Co
Reliance Matrix seeks an experienced sales leader in Addison, TX, to drive group insurance sales and manage a team of reps. You will develop territory strategies, partner with underwriting and field leadership, and ensure profitable growth across STD/LTD/LIFE/AD&D and absence solutions.
You’ll supervise 5–9 reps, travel nationally up to 50%, and influence cross-functional partners to deliver service excellence, while promoting a high-performance culture and compliant practice.
