About the Role:
Holmdel Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in Holmdel, NJ is looking for a passionate and skilled Athletic Trainer to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, prevent, and treat athletic injuries and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and implement individualized injury prevention and rehabilitation programs
• Collaborate with physical therapists and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Perform therapeutic modalities including taping, bracing, and manual techniques
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate athletes and patients on injury prevention, recovery, and safe return-to-sport protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training from an accredited program
• Board of Certification (BOC) Athletic Trainer (ATC) credential required
• New Jersey state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Experience in sports medicine, physical therapy, or clinical rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of injury assessment, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented clinical environment
