PRN Home Health COTA (OTA) Tampa, FL | Flexible Schedule

Looking for flexibility without sacrificing meaningful patient care? Join our home health team and work one-on-one with patients in their homeson a schedule that fits your availability.

Were seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN visits in the Tampa area.

What Youll Do:

Provide in-home therapy under the supervision of a Registered OT
Follow individualized treatment plans and physician orders
Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home safety
Monitor progress and communicate updates to the clinical team
Complete timely, accurate documentation

What You Need:

Active Florida COTA license
Graduate of an accredited OTA program (ACOTE)
NBCOT certification (or eligible)
Minimum 1 year of home health experience (required)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance
AHCA Level II Background Screening:
