PRN Home Health COTA (OTA) Tampa, FL | Flexible Schedule
Looking for flexibility without sacrificing meaningful patient care? Join our home health team and work one-on-one with patients in their homeson a schedule that fits your availability.
Were seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN visits in the Tampa area.
What Youll Do:
- Provide in-home therapy under the supervision of a Registered OT
- Follow individualized treatment plans and physician orders
- Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home safety
- Monitor progress and communicate updates to the clinical team
- Complete timely, accurate documentation
What You Need:
- Active Florida COTA license
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program (ACOTE)
- NBCOT certification (or eligible)
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience (required)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance
- AHCA Level II Background Screening:
