Communications Assistant

What Youll Do
- Act as a key point of contact supporting client relationships and daily account communication
- Build trust with clients through proactive outreach and strong follow-through
- Assist in developing and executing client-facing strategies that drive engagement and success
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions
- Track account activity, performance metrics, and client feedback
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and support business growth
