looking for an AM/Afternoon prep cook to help us get our days rolling. ideal role for someone looking for a side gig or for someone with kids back in school as we get going at 10am and can get you back out by 3 or so if needed for other gigs, or lifestyle needs.

prep cook would be responsible for getting our lines set for service including lots of knife work with fresh produce, working a slicer for our killer sandwiches, making sauces and dressings as well as handling dough production, which takes a few hours each day.

We're a scratch kitchen so attention to detail is critical to ensure we're replicating the quality on a daily basis.

super flexible role for those looking for something during the day allowing them late afternoons and evenings to live life.
