Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and compassionate Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a veterinary or clinical setting and enjoy providing excellent service to both our clients and their pets. We are looking for someone with a lively personality who is a team player, dependable, and eager to learn.

No experience? We are willing to train the right candidate! If you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine love of animals, we encourage you to apply. The right attitude and willingness to learn can be just as important as experience!

Schedule

Our hospital hours are:

Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Days and hours for this position are rotational and may vary based on the needs of the hospital. Candidates must have the flexibility to work within our full operating schedule. We are unable to accommodate ongoing scheduling conflicts or restrictions.

Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including Saturdays as needed
