Part-Time Home/Infusion Center Registered Nurse (RN) Multiple Locations: Sault Ste. What You’ll Do Administer IV, subcutaneous, and other infusion therapies in home and infusion center settings Perform thorough patient assessments before, during, and after treatments Monitor for and respond to adverse reactions with confidence and clinical expertise Educate patients and caregivers on medications, side effects, and catheter care Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with all standards Collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams Manage and troubleshoot infusion equipment (pumps, PICC lines, ports) Follow all infection control and patient safety protocols What You’ll Bring Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (infusion, oncology, ICU, or home health preferred) Strong IV and vascular access skills Experience with central lines (PICC, ports) preferred Current BLS certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What Makes You a Great Fit You’re compassionate, patient-focused, and relationship-driven You think critically and act confidently in independent settings You communicate clearly and build trust easily You’re organized, adaptable, and manage your time well You enjoy working autonomously while still being part of a supportive team Why Join Us Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance Competitive hourly pay Ongoing training and clinical support Opportunities to grow professionally and expand your skills Where You’ll Work This is a field-based role providing care in patient homes and infusion center settings within your assigned region.
