Multi-Craft Maintenance Technologist (Industrial)

Employer: Integrity Trade Services (Direct-hire placement to our client) • Location: Woodville, TX • Pay: Up to $40/hr DOE

• Keep integrated electro-mechanical equipment reliable to reduce downtime and improve throughput.
• Blend industrial electrical work (up to 480V) with millwright/mechanical expertise.
• Document all work accurately in the CMMS and support continuous improvement projects.

• Mechanical systems: install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild conveyors (drag, screw, bucket elevators), pellet mills, hammermills, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, couplings, pumps, augers, fans, blowers, and rotary valves.
• Electrical systems: troubleshoot/repair 24V controls and 4–20 mA circuits; service AC/DC motors, starters, overloads, relays, contactors, MCCs, and VFDs using voltmeters, meggers, and 4–20 mA clamp meters.
• Power transmission: align/replace motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, sprockets, chains, and belts.
• Fluids and air: diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic components—cylinders, valves, pumps, compressors, regulators—and associated controls.
• Maintenance strategy: perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency work.
• Technical documentation: interpret drawings, schematics, blueprints, OEM manuals, and specs.
• Automation support: assist with sensors, proximity switches, photo eyes, level controls, and instrumentation troubleshooting.
• Projects: participate in equipment installations, commissioning, and startups.

• Based in Woodville, TX.
• Open availability for 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays per production demand.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, processing, or heavy industry.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and industrial electrical systems.
• Knowledge of AC/DC motors, motor controls, VFDs, MCCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools, rigging, forklifts, and aerial lifts; strong safety habits.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics; strong problem-solving and communication.
• Work effectively independently and within a team; prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Electromechanical Technology, or related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CMMS software.

• Heavy industrial setting with dust, noise, vibration, heat, and moving equipment; indoor/outdoor exposure.
• Standing, walking, ladder climbing, kneeling, crouching, reaching; lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work at heights and in confined spaces with required PPE.
• Rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime, and emergency callouts as needed.

• Up to $40/hr DOE.
