Account Executive

What you’ll do

• Account Development: Sell to dedicated accounts and offer the full continuum of physical security integration services, cyber, maintenance programs, managed services, and transformational services.
• Develop Pipeline: Work with decision makers to assess need, build a business case, and establish a clear decision timeline, targeting a 3:1 pipeline‑to‑quota ratio.
• Proposal Construction: Lead the sales pursuit team to create winning proposals that include a compelling quote and business case.
• Presenting & Closing: Present proposals to decision makers, manage objections around timing, price, and competition, and drive timely negotiations to a go/no‑go decision.
• Market Focus: Identify and develop pipeline in assigned markets such as global accounts, utilities, financial/banking, healthcare, data centers, federal, state, local governments, K‑12 & higher education.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work with designers, estimators, sales engineers, program managers, and partners to deliver winning solutions.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.

Requirements

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Preferred Experience: 3‑5 years of electronic security solution sales or equivalent.
