What you’ll do Account Development: Sell to dedicated accounts and offer the full continuum of physical security integration services, cyber, maintenance programs, managed services, and transformational services. Develop Pipeline: Work with decision makers to assess need, build a business case, and establish a clear decision timeline, targeting a 3:1 pipeline‑to‑quota ratio. Proposal Construction: Lead the sales pursuit team to create winning proposals that include a compelling quote and business case. Presenting & Closing: Present proposals to decision makers, manage objections around timing, price, and competition, and drive timely negotiations to a go/no‑go decision. Market Focus: Identify and develop pipeline in assigned markets such as global accounts, utilities, financial/banking, healthcare, data centers, federal, state, local governments, K‑12 & higher education. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work with designers, estimators, sales engineers, program managers, and partners to deliver winning solutions. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested. What You’ll Need Strong affinity for problem solving and a desire to learn and apply solutions. Ability to build customer confidence and cultivate business relationships. Proactively source sales & service opportunities and adapt to business changes. Basic Microsoft Office skills.
