Traveling Project Manager – Mechanical ConstructionVarious Locations Across the U.S. | Full-TimeOverviewJoin our National Project Management team as a Traveling Project Manager! Manage mechanical construction projects from conception to completion at job sites across the United States. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with 3+ years of mechanical project management experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects.ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate mechanical construction projects from start to finishLead and communicate with engineering, VDC (BIM), schedulers, field staff, customers, and subcontractorsOrder materials and equipment, issue subcontracts, manage RFIs, change orders, and submittalsOversee fabrication shop work packages, material take-offs, and man-hour budgetsCollaborate with Safety teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risksPlan ahead to prevent and resolve project issuesEnsure all contractual conditions and project requirements are metQualifications3+ years' experience as a Project Manager in mechanical constructionBachelor's degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experienceKnowledge of HVAC and piping systems, construction methods, and building codes preferredProficiency with P6 or Microsoft ProjectStrong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently onsiteSchedule6-day work week, 10-hour shiftsOnsite for project durationEligible for home travel every 3–4 weeks for 2–3 daysCompensation & BenefitsEmployee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)Experience-based salaryTravel incentives packageDiscretionary annual bonusHealth, dental, vision insurance401(k) with company contributionsPaid Time Off, company holidays, and parental leaveTuition reimbursement and gym reimbursementDiversity & InclusionWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
