Service Coordinator

ConTrust Group are partnered with a well-established, locally owned fire protection company in the Greater Seattle area that’s looking to add a service coordinator/administrative support to their growing team. About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for scheduling service appointments, coordinating inspections and repairs, and ensuring clear communication between customers, technicians, and office staff. You’ll play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations and helping deliver exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage fire sprinkler service, inspections, and repairs
• Communicate with customers to confirm and adjust appointments
• Handle inbound calls and service inquiries with professionalism
• Collaborate with technicians and office staff to maintain efficient schedules
• Keep records up to date in scheduling systems (Service Trade experience a plus)
• Provide general administrative support to help keep operations on track

What We’re Looking For

• Experience scheduling fire sprinkler services, inspections, or repairs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Service Trade or similar scheduling software
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Prior administrative or customer-facing experience preferred
