Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist to support rehabilitation goals and improve patient functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Observe and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure proper equipment setup.
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Comply with facility policies and safely manage patient interactions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license or credential.
• Possess at least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Demonstrate strong communication and patient care skills.
• Be able to follow detailed treatment plans and protocols.
