• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screenings
• Follow up with leads to maintain enthusiasm and support their hiring journey
• Keep precise and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions by setting up meetings, facilitating interviews, and successful placements resulting from your leads
