Key Personnel is seeking an HR Assistant for a manufacturing company in the Claremore, OK area.

HR Assistant Pay: $20 - $23 per hour depending on experience

HR Assistant Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

HR Assistant Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
• Maintain recruiting logs and support hiring-related administrative processes
• Manage company logo apparel inventory and distribution
• Maintain HRIS records and physical personnel files with a high degree of accuracy
• Serve as Lobby Guard Administrator and maintain visitor access records
• Maintain ITAR visitor documentation and compliance records
• Create, distribute, and maintain employee badges
• Order and maintain office supplies and inventory for the supply closet
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet visitors professionally
• Provide backup support to the Executive Administrative Assistant as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information
• Assist with additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned

HR Assistant Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of general office or administrative experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or another confidential environment required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and database systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in compliance-driven or manufacturing environments is a plus

HR Assistant Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move throughout the facility, including stairs
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. as needed
• Regular use of computers, phones, and office equipment
