Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client, a leading national financial services organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing recruiting team. This is an exciting opportunity for recruiters who thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and want to focus exclusively on recruiting. These positions are dedicated to full-cycle recruitment and will support a wide range of openings across multiple business functions and locations. Depending on experience level, recruiters may support everything from entry-level and operations-focused hiring to management and director-level searches. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open positions across multiple departments and locations Source, screen, and qualify candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies Conduct candidate interviews and manage the hiring process from initial outreach through offer stage Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Coordinate interviews and candidate communications throughout the hiring process Provide a high-touch candidate experience while ensuring timely movement through the recruitment process Qualifications Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment preferred Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for professional, operations, management, or corporate positions Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Experience with Oracle, Taleo, or other enterprise ATS platforms is a plus Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
