Assistant Manager - 135 Settlers Center Rd

You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees. The Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Act like an ownerEnsure Team Members and Shift Leaders complete assigned tasks
Assist in Profit and Loss management by following cash control/security procedures
Maintain inventory and manage labor
Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times
Assist RGM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times

High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have reliable transportation Basic personal computer literacyBasic business math and accounting skills
Strong analytical/decision -making skillsAble to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift
