South Asian Female Caregiver (Part-Time) - Silver Spring, MD

Amaray Care LLC is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced South Asian female caregiver to provide in-home care for an 80-year-old female client in Silver Spring, MD. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing authentic South Asian home-cooked meals from scratch and be committed to providing quality care in a respectful and supportive environment. Responsibilities: Prepare homemade meals from scratch (including rice, lentil soup, curries, stir-fries, salads, and other South Asian dishes) Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Provide companionship and ensure the client’s safety and well-being Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care Maintain a clean and organized living environment Preferred Candidate Background: Applicants from the following backgrounds are encouraged to apply (in order of preference): Bangladesh India Sri Lanka Nepal Pakistan Afghanistan Schedule (31 Hours per Week): Sunday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM Monday – Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Qualifications: Previous caregiving experience preferred Experience cooking authentic South Asian meals from scratch is required Compassionate, dependable, and professional Authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass required background checks and meet employment requirements If you are passionate about providing quality care and meet the above qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
