We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations and drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production operations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production employees and leadership teams.
• Monitor production schedules, staffing, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure production goals and customer requirements are consistently met.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Maintain strong communication between management and production teams.

• Previous Production Management or Manufacturing Leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience managing production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet production deadlines.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or similar methodologies preferred.
