This strong foundation has created an environment where our employees are seen as members of our family and are given the tools and resources to succeed, both personally and professionally.Job SummaryPosition OverviewUnder the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Machine Operator will perform operation, cleaning, set-up and problem solving on high-speed computer-controlled tablet presses, encapsulation equipment and/or soft-gel processing equipment in our Solid Dose department. The Operator will take ownership of the operating process to produce solid doses of various supplements (tablets/capsules/soft-gels/etc.). The operator will work with a wide range of product granulations and/or gelatin materials and will troubleshoot product and machine related issues.
