Essential Purpose Lead, coach, and train the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment for children. Responsibilities Oversee the Kids Club facility for children aged two months to twelve years, ensuring safety and compliance with protocols. Assist in training the Kids Club Associate team. Schedule staff shifts and maintain adequate coverage during operating hours, monitoring child‑to‑staff ratios. Manage reservations and child agreements, ensuring efficient communication with parents and tracking bookings. Collaborate closely with the Kids Club Manager to align team goals, coordinate daily and weekly tasks, and support efficient operations. Implement emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and first‑aid protocols. Develop age‑appropriate activities, games, and crafts for children. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly. Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and gym management regarding policies and updates. Foster positive relationships with members and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications At least one year of supervisory experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming. Knowledge of child‑development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Passion for nurturing children’s growth and development. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Detail‑oriented, systematic, and efficient problem‑solving and time‑management skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Alignment with our core values. Requirements Successful background check. CPR certification required within 30 days of hire. Ability to work in a gym setting, move around club floors and rooms, and communicate with employees, members, and the public. Ability to access and operate the company computer system, prepare documents, enter data, and read reports. Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs.
