We are looking for someone who is collaborative, motivated, ambitious, and potentially looking to transition to a regional clinical director role in the future. Knowledge of:Appropriate behavioral intervention strategies (DTT, NET, Verbal Behavior, Positive Behavior Intervention Supports)Must be able to conduct thorough FBA's and develop stellar BSP's (BCBA's only)Ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions and professional conductDevelopmental processes of children, adolescents, and adultsInterpersonal skills needed to work with stakeholders, supervise staff, and manage crisis situationsAble to efficiently utilize technology, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platformsCorrect grammar, punctuation, and spellingBilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to applySkills and Abilities:Assess situations and make proper judgmentsUnderstand behavioral situations and react accordingly in an ethical mannerObjectively analyze crisis situationsRespond quickly to emergency situationsHandle aggressive and self-injurious behaviors of clientsCommunicate effectively and make recommendations to various agency staff and outside professionals, groups, or individualsAbility to professionally interact and build rapport with parents, staff, clients, and other stakeholdersPerform general clerical duties including maintain accurate client records and preparing clear and concise reportsCommunicate effectively in both oral and written form with a diverse group of clients, parents/caregivers, school personnel, and other agency staffAbility to lead others through example and constructive feedbackHigh aptitude for self-managing schedule and appointmentUse a computer and behavioral software to prepare documents and maintain client recordsWork independently and make decisions within the framework of established guidelinesFollow guidance from senior level staff to enhance own professional developmentWork with a diverse team of professionals in a respectful mannerSupervise clients during treatment sessionsOther Requirements:Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal history background checkSuccessful passing of drug testingSatisfactory reference checksAbility to lift a minimum of 25 lbs, bend, stoop, and sit on the floor for up to 30 minutes at a timeJob Duties:Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessionsOversee ABA home and clinic-based programs and provide parent training and supportComplete weekly program writing and maintain client's program via on-line portalRunning monthly clinic/progress meetings with parents/guardiansConduct behavioral and skills assessments and design treatment programs for clientsWork with and oversee Behavior Technicians to implement individualized treatment plans as per agency standards and BACB requirementsCollect data and graph data as instructed using technological programs, such as Microsoft Excel or behavioral softwareMaintain respect and confidentiality for all clientsMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societiesMaintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations ariseKnowledge of medical billing for ABA and navigating insurance is preferredCommunicate client progress and cases to assigned DirectorBe able to work with a diverse team of professionals to provide the best behavioral services possible to clientsAttend staff trainings and agency meetingsOther job duties as assigned by the Regional Director/CEODon't just get hired with a company -
