As a Baker Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our talented baking team and ensuring our customers receive the high-quality baked goods they’ve come to love. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Following recipes with precision to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and adhering to food safety standards.
• Supporting the team with daily tasks, including measuring ingredients, mixing, and baking.
• Contributing to the creative process—cake decorating skills are a big plus!

We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled individual who can bring their baking expertise to our team. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a bakery or similar environment.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of baking techniques and processes. Cake decorating experience is a bonus!
• Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to support their colleagues.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and care in every task, from measuring ingredients to decorating cakes.
• Passion for Baking: A love for creating delicious, high-quality baked goods.
