We are currently seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Night Shift Weekend Warrior team. Excellent Resident to Nurse Ratio Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents following established protocols and procedures. Conduct assessments to determine residents' health status and assist in developing personalized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers. Monitor residents' vital signs and symptoms, promptly notifying the appropriate medical personnel of any changes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for residents. Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease management. Qualifications Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio. Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care. Strong clinical skills and ability to think critically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
