FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt (hourly) Position Summary Complex shaping, assembly, curves and angle work, grid work, screens, product repair including onsite repair work, provide advice to sales and engineering. Essential Functions Perform department functions summarized above Responsible for quality of product Responsible for preventative maintenance when assigned by department leader Work overtime when required to meet customer delivery commitments Work in a safe manner and keep work area clean Education and Experience High School diploma or G.E.D is a plus. Previous work experience in the following areas: Shaping Assembly Pre-hang Stopping in Veneering Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Veneering Slip Matched Veneering Book Match Veneering Veneer Stitching Veneer Softening Guillotine / Sheer Operation Veneering Panel Pressing Edge Banding Fire Door Core Preparation Fire Jamb Preparation Pressing of Fire Doors Pressing faces on Flush doors Veneer Repair Pre-Hang Fitting Pre-Fit Jambs, Door Stop & Threshold Exterior / Interior Jamb Assembly Manual machine for Misc.
