We’re looking for a motivated, sales-driven professional to join an established Farmers Insurance agency in Fremont.

As an Agent Trainee, you’ll build your sales skills by working leads, developing new business, and helping customers with their insurance needs. You’ll also work directly with a successful agency owner and learn what goes into operating and growing a high-performing insurance business.

The agency has a team of 5+ employees and is led by a Top 10% Farmers agent, Toppers Club qualifier, and record-setting producer within the district.

Responsibilities

• Work agency-provided leads and prospect for new business
• Quote and sell insurance products
• Follow up with prospects and build your sales pipeline
• Cross-sell and generate referrals
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Work toward individual sales and production goals

You’ll also gain exposure to agency operations, marketing, recruiting, team leadership, customer retention, and business management.

Requirements

Insurance experience is not required. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Competitive and motivated by results
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Interested in sales, leadership, and business growth
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable prospecting and working toward sales goals
• Full-time Monday–Friday availability
• Must be willing and able to obtain a Property Casualty insurance license
