This is a NEW restaurant that is scheduled to open in mid-September. This is a leadership position that requires at least 2 years of prior restaurant leadership experience. This position requires candidates to be able to work between 24-40 hours per week.

Front of House Team Leader Responsibilities

• Lead the Front of House area by setting daily goals, communicating clear expectations, and providing ongoing coaching to drive accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
• Optimize workflow within the Front of House by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, adjusting team positioning based on business volume, and ensuring efficient operations throughout the shift.
• Own the operational standards of the Front of House by maintaining cleanliness, stocking, food safety compliance, and verifying accurate completion of checklists and assigned tasks.
• Coach for quality and consistency by reinforcing proper food preparation, portioning, and service standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience while minimizing waste.
• Develop team members through real-time feedback, recognition, and coaching that builds confidence, improves performance, and supports continuous growth.

• 2 years of prior restaurant leadership experience
• Consistent and reliable
