What You'll Do:

As a Day Shift Caregiver, you'll play a key role in helping residents begin their day with dignity, comfort, and confidence .


- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility


- Help residents enjoy meals and stay engaged throughout the day


- Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support


- Participate in resident activities and promote social engagement


- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff


- Work collaboratively with nurses and team members to provide exceptional care


- Foster a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for residents and their families


What We're Looking For:


- Caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals


- Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred, but not required


- Excellent customer service and communication skills


- Ability to work well as part of a team


- Ability to pass a drug screen, TB test, and background check
