Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager preferred
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of an assigned nursing unit
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
