Finance and Insurance Executive - Direct Markets

Zurich is seeking a Finance & Insurance Executive to support sales efforts in the Oklahoma area. As part of our F&I sales team, this role offers an opportunity to leverage and refine your sales and marketing expertise within the automotive sector! We are looking for high performers that are goal driven and able to take us to the next level of achieving financial targets. You will be responsible for driving growth and profitability by acquiring, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers. Basic Qualifications Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in sales or automotive areas. Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 4+ years of experience in sales or automotive areas. High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of experience in sales or automotive areas. Preferred Qualifications Outside sales experience with advanced knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, and competitors. Extensive experience in retail automotive finance or senior sales management (e.g., GM, GSM, Finance Director, Finance Manager). Experience in dealership training (1:1, classroom, virtual). Proficiency in automotive and traditional software/technology. Knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, and warranty claims processes and F&I products. Ability to analyze financial statements. Excellent presentation skills for both small and large groups. The Finance & Insurance Executive (FIE) role involves driving growth and profitability by identifying and developing new business prospects, focusing on providing Finance & Insurance products to large automotive dealers, while also supporting P&C product marketing within the assigned territory. Attending automotive industry events to promote Zurich’s sales and marketing initiatives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders via various channels (in-person and virtual) to maintain solid relationships. Managing and growing your assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets. Conducting sales presentations either in-person or via Microsoft Teams. Collaborating with field team members to ensure seamless implementation of programs and products, while strengthening customer relationships. Working remotely in an entrepreneurial environment. The annual variable compensation range, based on performance under the sales incentive plan for this role is $59,300.00 – $97,100.00.
