The RISE Internship is a 13-month paid residency for recent college graduates seeking hands-on experience in the mental health field . Fellows work directly with children and adolescents in psychiatric residential treatment at Eliada , gaining clinical exposure while supporting youth through therapeutic and recreational activities.

What You'll Do:

• Provide daily support and supervision to youth with mental health diagnoses
  
• Implement individualized treatment plans and life skills coaching
  
• Participate in therapeutic activities and crisis interventions
  
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
  
• Complete mental health and program documentation
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
