• Schedule: Call Only; Initial dates: 11/16/2026-11/22/2026 and 12/14/2026-12/20/2026; Ongoing through 2027
• Job Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Telehealth; Facility: MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital, Puyallup, WA
• Types of Cases: General Urology (Adult); Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy; Ureteroscopy; Advanced Endoscopic Techniques (Preferred); Laparoscopic Surgeries (Preferred); Incontinence Procedures (Preferred); Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy - ESWL (Preferred)
• Call Details: Beeper call covering both inpatient and outpatient; 30-minute response time required; Call ratio 1:6; ~2-3 phone consults and 2-3 patients seen per call shift; Approximately 30% callback rate
• Patients Per Shift: 12-15
• EMR System: Epic

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible required
• Certifications: BLS required
• Licensure: Washington license or IMLC 
• Fellowship: Required (minimum 2 years)
• Credentialing: Estimated 90-120 days; clean history may qualify for expedited privileges
