Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide expert psychiatric care for a diverse age range from pre-adolescents to geriatrics
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Manage medication and psychotherapeutic treatments to address various primary psychiatric diagnoses
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment as needed and ensuring safety and compliance
• Document clinical assessments and treatment outcomes accurately in EMR systems
• Participate in team meetings to coordinate patient care efforts
• Support hospital staff and contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment

What You Need

Required:

• Medical license in Georgia
• Board eligible or certified psychiatrist (certification within 24 months preferred)
• Experience with inpatient psychiatric care and a variety of diagnoses including mood, psychotic, and substance use disorders
• Competence in managing patients across age groups from children to adults

Preferred:

• Child/Adolescent psychiatry board certification
• 3+ years in inpatient psychiatry
• EPIC EMR experience
